I bring my truck here for oil changes and general maintenance. The staff is courteous and professional. I had a flat tire about a month ago and was close so I brought it to Obrien without any appointment. My husband and I have never had a anything but exceptional service from O'Brien Tire & Service Center. From tires to fixing flats, replacing censors,oil changes to major engine repair and today fixing my AC. They are reasonably priced, friendly and take excellent care or your vehicle and you. I recommend them to everyone. I remember my dad taking his car here, so when we moved back into the area it was our #1 choice. We have never been disappointed in workmanship or price of repairs.

I have had my Jeep serviced there a couple of times. They are always SO NICE and willing to accommodate. Each time I have been there they have went above and beyond in some way. Recently, my break lines got sliced. I work at a hospital so my schedule is difficult. Vance the manager worked me in and got it taken care of really fast and even replaced my blinker and a couple of other things as a courtesy. That meant the world to me because I’m working my way through nursing and at this level have very little time and especially money. I went back 2 weeks ago and he got me in super fast during the day while I slept and had it ready to go before I went to work. It’s nice as a single woman to go to a place for service and have confidence that they’re not trying to take advantage. I’ve been doing my own work on it for this reason for a long time, but I no longer feel like I have to. Thanks to this great group for their integrity and great work.

Fantastic service, great family business, can’t be beat for quality service. This is by far the nicest repair place in town. Nice big clean waiting area with complimentary snacks. They do everything I need to take care of my car and I never ever feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. I’d rather pay a little now and then for maintenance than have to buy a new car. It’s hard to find a trustworthy garage but these folks are it. For years I thought there wasn’t a difference in parts until the cheap places kept giving me the run around and I kept having to go back for them to fix something again. O’Briens has expertise and a 3 year warranty. And they’re so nice. This is a local small business that truly stands behind what they do without double talk or fine print exceptions. I’ll never go anywhere else. They’ve been doing it right for 90 years.

There’s not really much to be said besides they’re great. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the waiting room, professional service, and the woman at the front desk remembered my name by the second time I came in. Every worker is kind and courteous. Took the daughter's car in Friday for a check engine light and making a nose in the front. The guys there quickly diagnosed the issue and had us going before the close of the day. What a fantastic crew!! They even found a screw in her tire that we didn't know was there and fixed that as well. I appreciate their attention to detail, the reasonable rate of repair, and continual communication and updates throughout the process. They give above average customer service and a pretty good warranty on repairs also. I've never had any issues. Vance always goes above and beyond. Can't thank you people enough. Great price! Always fast, convenient, professional quality work, and clean. Same day appointment for mounting tires I had bought wholesale onto my wheels, installed and balanced onto my car, aired up and neatly re-packed my spare and spare tools. They sent me a text when done, I paid over the phone, and picked up my car after hours with the key left exactly where I asked them to. Rides like a bee car.
