I got a flat tire with my daughter halfway to Kansas City from Pittsburgh. Nobody would help us but these guys. I am forever in their debt! So awesome, so kind!!

Professionalism goes a long way these days. The person who greeted me and checked me in was kind, professional, and engaging. It sounds simple and basic but so many places lack it so I cherish it when I encounter it. I walked in without an appointment and was able to get taken care of fairly quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’m also happy with the actually work done on my vehicle. I had a flat tire and thought I needed a new one. To my great surprise and glee, I found out that it could be repaired. I thought I was going to have to spend a couple hundred bucks but only spent a fraction. Because of this service I’ll be back when I actually do need to replace my tires. I’m one of those customers that is loyal when you do me right. Thank you!

When I need someone to look at my car, I trust O’Brien’s! Their response calling me back is always in a timely fashion and they usually get my car into the shop within a day or two. The most appreciative thing they do calling or texting me before Installing or servicing anything in my car! In addition, O’Brien’s the price of how much it will cost to fix the problem! I have taken my car to them for almost 20 years and I have never been disappointed! If you want a trustworthy business looking at your car, O’Brien is the place to go!

I have took my vehicles here previously and received good services. I have a rattling noise going on and ask them to fix it. Well the noise was slightly quiet when I pick up my vehicle and the next day it was back. I was told they fixed it, but it’s back. So now they saying it could be something else. Not happy with the service I received.

I walked in with no appointment. The gentleman was so nice & had gave me some choices on different brands of tires to best fit my budget. Explained the difference between the tires since I was going to be doing alot of driving out of town. They were efficient and my car was done immediately. My car drove more smoothly after.
