I recently went to O'Brien Tire and Auto Care to have my tires replaced, and the customer service was outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they let me know about a rebate I hadn’t known about, which saved me some money. The lobby has a Route 66 theme with a retro feel, and they provide snacks and beverages, which made waiting more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend O'Brien Tire for anyone needing any auto repair work.

I want to thank the excellent service I received Tuesday Oct.29th. I had a flat tire no hope of a repair. I walked in left 30 minutes a happy customer with a new tire.

I have been given experiences on here for years and I was always honest with you all. O'Brien's in granite City deserves a zero rating. They are racist. They treated me like they were racist. The short bald head guy with the tattoos. I had appointments scheduled at 9:00. I got a little turned around due to the traffic in that area. So I called them about 9:05 left on hold at 9:08 arrived at 9:11. He had saying that he can't do my wheel alignment after I made him appointment that Monday. So now here is Wednesday and you can't do the wheel alignment because I was 10 minutes late. They wouldn't have done their regular older white customers like that. It was a lady pulling up when I was pulling off so he can't tell me that her appointment wasn't for 9:00. He talked to me really bad and when I came to belligerent he acted if he was the victim. The time he spent disrespecting me he could have done the wheel alignment. That man treated me as if I called his house. Not a company. !!! Do not, especially if you are black patronize Obriens in granite City for anything. I live there for years and I never went there. I was referred to them by cheapies in granite City. No, I had the worst experience ever at this O'Brien's in granic City. You all cannot treat people like that. Racism does not no longer exist or it doesn't supposed to!!!!!! My photo actually show I call at 8:59 and at that time he was telling me he couldn't do my wheel alignment. He didn't ask how soon could I get there or anything? Look at this complaint... To say that he couldn't do my wheel alignment because I was late by minutes
