I have been a Supervisor for over 30 years in customer service. So I know fair prices and great service. It feels more like family than just guys at the mechanic shop. They listen to my concerns when I take my car in and offer recommendations without being pushy. Every business should look at this Business model to learn how to stay in business and how to treat clients. I am so blessed to have been lead to such a great establishment. Anytime I have a problem, they are the first on my list to contact. The repairs they have done not only saved my car but my life. One time came to them, they found not one but 2 tires with nails. I have taken my cars here for years and there is no replacement in my book. Also almost 10,000 miles later, I am still driving on the same tires they fixed. They are Amazing!!!

They were great! We hit something on the interstate that shredded our front tire. We limped into a gas station and they called O'Brien Tire to come help us. Steve was very friendly and helpful. He had the tire changed and ready to go quickly. We purchased a new tire from their store and they were very reasonably priced. They quickly changed out our spare for the new one and we were back on the road in no time. Great customer service and friendly employees!

Took my car in because it was using oil and the check engine light was on. Paid nearly $200 to clean the valve cover and for an oil change. Couldn't find the issue regarding the oil usage or check engine light. Left the lot, the check engine light stayed on, and the car stalled. Took it back - after five days, they couldn't find an issue. Said it was fine. Pulled the car out of the lot and it stalled again. Took it to Scott's auto service across the street. Found out it had a bad alternator, leaking valve cover, broken muffler, and broken power steering pump. Terrible at assessing the issues, after almost a week - I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Don’t think I have ever been treated so well by an auto service business. I went in for a simple oil change that was long past due. They not only changed my oil, but aired up my tires, topped off my fluids, and vacuumed my floor. I already knew that my car was needs brakes but the mechanic politely informed me which ones actually needed replaced without me saying a word and giving me a quote for the service. Normally, it irritates me when auto services do this because I feel like they are trying to push sales onto me, but this case was different as I already knew they needed work. But mostly, I appreciated that the worker talked to me just like any other customer. I have been talked down to so I am always hesitant when getting work done. All in all, it was the little things that made this experience. After having a rough day, I left almost in tears because of the great service I received here. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have had incredible service here. I trust them and will only take my van to O'Brien's. I recently was told I needed four tires at approximately $2,000! Got great deal here for about $600! Very happy!!

Took my car in their to get fixed based on a solid recommendation and it has been in their shop on 3 different occasions for the same problem. Each time they keep it 4-8 days but still can't fix. Will have to go to a REAL mechanic or probably the dealership to get the problem fixed since there IS a car problem. Just have to save up because they took almost 300 dollars. The owner's wife was the worst when she kept interrupting me with my list of concerns and then yelled and actually pointed her finger in my face then she wanted to call the cops when I tried to continue speaking- can't even get a receipt for the "services " they did perform to take to the next place. I try to support local businesses but she does not know how to run a business and I have also told my family and friends to boycott them to and they agreed to - even my own MOM who used to take all her cars there. They lost at least 2 customers but don't care. The mechanic that took car of my car was Ed and he was a complete Ass as well. Worst experience with any car I have ever owned! I hope u don't need to use your car often - like kids or work -- BEWARE!!

Went to O'Briens for a tire alignment, i scheduled the appointment over the the phone which went perfect. I took my car in for the appointment and after about 15 minutes after they pulled my car into their shop they told me that they wouldn't do the alignment because of the shape of my tires which they told me to wait to replace until after the alignment, which i was understanding about then had to wait another thirty minutes for someone to come out of the back of the shop to talk to me. They told me that my inner tie rod would need replacing as well as the alignment, i asked for a estimate on how much it would be and how long it would take. The estimate they gave me was nearly 500 dollars and five hours of labor. After declining to make another appointment i asked for my keys and they refused to hand them over until i paid then 50 dollars for a inspection on the car which i never approved of or was asked about. I paid them the charge so i could have my car back. After calling B&G Auto for a different estimate i come to find that O'Briens wanted almost double the price and had extend the time needed to do the repairs by three hours to bump up their labor costs. All in all i warn anyone planning on using O'Briens to seek a different place of business.
