We recently had issues with the brakes on our minivan and took it to O’Brien since they replaced them previously. They said the rotors needed replaced so they replaced them. Shortly after the brakes started squealing so I called and they replaced them again at no cost. This happened two more times and they ended up calling their district supply manager and they ended up replacing both the rotors and brake pads with the top of the line platinum option at no cost. It turns out that the type of minivan we have was the real issue and not the product they were using however they looked at them 4 times at no additional cost. Long story short, Justin and the service team are so easy to work with and super helpful. We will only use O’Brien from here on out

The Buenger family will treat you right. This business has great attention to detail and I think it shows in the little things around the shop like all of the retro looking signs that emphasize their focus on quality or the complimentary shuttle service, coffee, and snacks. I think their slogan really rings true “They aren’t the best because they are oldest, they are the oldest because they are the best.” So true!
