If i could give it 0 stars I would. This place used to be reliable. I took my jeep there to just get an alignment. They came in after my jeep had been in for around 30minutes. I was told my passenger tie rod needed replaced (which it did not) I said no and 10 minutes later I go to pay and its 50 bucks. I said it was supossed to be 100 for the alignment. They told me they couldn't do the alignment becuase i refused the replaced part ( which was not bad) so i was charged a service fee. . I talked to the manager and they did nothing. . I will NEVER go back. . not to be trusted.

We regret your dissatisfaction with our service. Our ASE technician performed a suspension check at which time he determined he was not able to perform an alignment because of loose parts; that would not be beneficial or lasting. Perhaps there are shops that would have gone ahead and performed the alignment, charged you for it, and THEN told you about your tie rod ends (not a reliable shop.) Instead of charging you $100 we charged you for our mechanic's time, which is not a "service fee." Mechanics are professionals too who expect to be paid. You cannot get free diagnostic services for a home appliance, a dentist, doctor, or anywhere else, why would you expect our services to be free. Any reliable shop would do the same.

Had an A/C repair that involved removing the dashboard and car was returned with a damaged dashboard, air bag exposed , and windshield a holy mass of tool marks and hand prints. Returned the next day and showed all items. Was told the mechanic admitted the damage. When I went back to follow up, I was told they would not clean windshield, fix the air bag, and because I complained about that was then told they would not fix the damage to the dash because I would not win in court. smh

Sir, this is entire fabrication on your part as your car was damaged before you brought it in BY YOUR ADMISSION, so you know that none of what you report here is true. You attempted to get a free repair unsuccessfully, and then, your behavior in our store screaming at employees got you removed from the premises as other customers watched your outburst with disbelief. So you have resorted to using Google as a way to lash out. Unfortunate.

15 min within appointment, checked my concern, said no problem. Did not charge, even with time spent checking. Honest family owned business. Will go back when I have a problem with my car.

Pulled in with a flat as they were closing on a Saturday. They were very helpful and installed a new tire in under 10 mins! Very thankful for them!

I was at the KOA campground down the road and had a tire problem on my RV. Mark told me to come right in. He was waiting for me when I pulled up and he and Marty went above and beyond to get not only one but 2 tires on that could have really been a problem for me and my kids on the road. They were awesome! They made a bad day turn out great and got me on my way in no time. I can't say enough good things. I only wish I lived in town so I could use them all the time. Thank you, you were my superheroes today!
