Awesome, and knowledgeable staff, it looks busy but they have time for you!! I was in and out in an hour and there was a full parking lot.

We do work very hard to get you back on the road a.s.a.p. -- and if need be we have a courtesy shuttle to take customers to work or to home. Waiting around like we have to at a doctor's office is the last thing anyone wants to do, so we have our shuttle service. So don't let our busy lot every keep someone from stopping in.

we brought a car in for a quick diagnostic check... I specifically asked vance not to just try and throw parts at it just run the tests you can and check back Vance states well I just happened to have a crankshaft position sensor in my shop . I took yours out and tried it....it didn't work I asked him why did he charge me for that ...and could I see the part and its box to verify with the manufacturer the correct vin matching sensor was installed in his test...to which he puffed hos chest and refused ...He did ask why .... Because I'm paying you ...and its a good customer service practice.....guess if you ask vance to prove his work he can't ....obrians tires and auto will just refuse.

First off, the above review is 100% fabricated. Timothy had nothing to do with this repair, or the relative conversations held relating to this repair, or any decisions made relative to this repair. The conversations were between Franz (the auto owner) and I. Perhaps you're upset because Franz asked you to be quiet each time you attempted to interject your vast Autozone scholarly opinions for his decisions in his repair. The request was to fix this car as cheap as possible as funds were short due to bankruptcy. A repair attempt was made but with the monetary commitment being so low the repair had to be aborted due to inability to pay for further diagnostic labor or parts. We try to be fair, reasonable and help folks out. I'm sorry we couldn't repair this 20yr old car with 200k miles for the $100 available.

I feel so much better just walking in. After 5 weeks of Car-X charging me around $1,700 and my engine light continuously coming on they replaced a part that they put on from the first time I had them work on it. Lucky I was able to get a refund for $1011.62 and O'Brien is only charging around $250 for was was wrong the hole time. I could try to make Car-X pay for it but after all the time it took and waiting for the district manager who was there but didn't address me till they decided to bring my car in which that was a 7:30am appointment. But they decided to work on another vehical before mine. So wasting more of me time than necessary. O'Brien has 100% treated me better. I haven't had to wait for shutle service to and from my home other than waiting on them to come back from droping off the person before me. I don't hear bro I hear Mr. And O'Brien has the tools thats needed. I don't have to go to another City to get my car fixed becouse Car-X has a master Mechanic and they want me to wast my gas and time going their because he has all the specialty tool need just for my car. Why was I paying for anything less than the best. They are charging for it thats for sure. Just go to O'Brien save yourself time, money, headache, and argument. In fact their is no argument just a grat job done. Thank you for taking care of me O'Brien and while i hope my car doesn't break down I know it is in great hands when it does.
