Great experience with O'brien Tire. After changing a few parts on my own, still had problems with my truck. They took all the information on what I did and diagnosed the problem from there. Ended up being an exhaust issue. Vance recommended me to a muffler shop, letting me know that it would cost me a lot more for them to do it. After taking care of it myself, there was another problem. Once again, Vance walked me through diagnostic codes on the truck and helped run down the problem. Turned out to be a sensor on the transmission that had come unplugged. Vance was very honest, upfront, and very helpful. Thank You for your service. I will use O'Brien's for all my future work and would recommend to anyone looking for honest service.

Today was my second time having my vehicle serviced at O’Briens, to say the least, my experiences were awesome ! The staff there is great, Vance was super helpful and kind. I’ve had my tires replaced, car aligned, and today more mechanical work done, it was affordable and about as enjoyable as having to get mechanical work done could be. Edit: I had a visit at O'Brien again today, I had been hearing a noise while driving for a couple weeks, I called in and scheduled an appointment to have it looked into. Vance checked it out for me. They were great as always! I feel comfortable going to O'Brien. They are always super helpful and don't try to push work that's not necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
