Went to get tire patched. They quoted me on a set of tires went home and thought about it. Called to order them and it was wrong size they quoted me on. So the price was 100 more then I was wanting to pay told them ok order those instead went in to get them.on waited for 10 to 20 Mins. They come get me and tell me they ordered the wrong size and quoted me on another set and was about 100 more again.

Mike, good grief what a situation. During a tire repair, we often do not record tire size as it is irrelevant to a repair being performed at that time. Then, the second quote you called us to price was also the wrong tire size for your vehicle, and this was not evident to us until the vehicle was here for the (wrong size) tires you decided upon. Of course, tire prices will change because you went from a 75,000 mile tire (first quote) to a 40,000 mile tire (second quote) and you chose different manufacturers, from a premium tire to an economy tire. So, in all fairness, I don't believe we earned a 1 star review… as the information your provided us was inaccurate. We understand sometimes things don't go as planned as hard as we try to provide exceptional customer service to every customer. But when a customer provides us with the wrong tire size, we cannot be to blame. We would be happy to have the opportunity to make this right with you. Sad, but O' Brian tires has poor service and their professionalism and compassion was more than disappointing. I will never go back here. Find a shop that offers a warranty on your tires (don't make my mistake). My tire blew and I came there to get it replaced. A week later the same tire went flat/blew. They told me it was my issue but they can't prove they didn't provide me with a bad tire. They didn't even shut the tire light off the first time I was there, when I brought it back they tell me I had a goose egg in the front and the light wouldn't go off without airing up the front tire. They finally offered 50% off after a 2nd conversation but he was unprofessional and they lost my trust. Hopefully their employees get better training and should learn in customer service a condescending tone does NOT = professionalism. I would hate to see a company loose more business, but my experience was terrible and I hope this helps them improve service. Two positives, I learned how to change a tire and so happy I found new tire company to fix the goose egg. Auto Tire offered a 1yr warranty, friendly service and cost less for the same service. Happy tire hunting.

Mrs. Rippee, We understand how upsetting it can be to buy a new tire only to have it ruined days later. However, what you have written in leaving us a 1 star review is not true -- as we do offer a defect warranty for the life of the tire thru the manufacturer which covers defects of the tire material or workmanship of the tire. All of this was covered with you. This defect warranty covers 100% replacement for the first 25% of the tread depth. Your tire did not meet the criteria for replacement because the tire was damaged due to hitting an object in the road. We did go above and beyond offering you a tire at our cost PLUS we split that cost with you in an effort to help you out, which we were not obligated to do. Upon your appointment to have the new tire installed, we pointed out that one of your other tires had only 10 psi during inspection. We addressed this with you to see if you would approve a repair as we do with all customers. We do not perform any work without prior approval. You declined that repair, so we set the tire pressure for you as requested and alerted you that the tire could go flat on you. Your having to change a tire is what we were trying to prevent. Perhaps it was miscommunication. We have taken this opportunity to learn and grow from this. We're glad you're able to find positives in this. Scott Buenger, owner.
